WHAT IS A BLOG?

This is driving me nuts. As far as I can tell, a blog is a website with an
RSS feed. Some seem to have a calendar of events and some support user
authentication and forms.

Am I missing anything? I guess I just don't get it. Is that all it is. THEY
Won"T STOP SAYING IT ON TV...BLOG BLOG BLOGGER BLOGGING BLOG BLOG BLOG!!!!!

I feel ya on this one. If I hear one more news article about the
Almighty Blog I'm gonna puke. :)

Yeah, there's nothing special about the components, it's the unique
combination of old components and ease-of-use that is "special."

a blog is a weblog - an online diary or journal. Just key "what blog"
into google for about a billion sites that will tell you just that.
