what information is stored in SPSCOLL.DAT file

Can you anyone help me to find what inforamtion is stored in SPSCOLL.DAT file.

Are you using Symantec antivirus and did you uninstall it?

Wild guess: SharePoint colleague import add-in data.

I'd open it with notepad and see if the file header has any clues.
