I have a Core 2 Duo computer with Windows Vista Ultimate OEM on it. Since
it's an OEM, I supposed to only be able to have it on this one computer. If
I upgrade the Motherboard, RAM, and video card, will this OEM copy still work
on my computer? I am planning on keeping the hard drive, but may have to
reinstall windows. Will this work? Thanks.

Doug;
Maybe.
Some OEMs tie their media to the motherboard.
In that case, you need to replace the motherboard with one from the
same OEM or Windows may not install using the original media.
contact the OEM for more information.
Also locate a forum where users of that make and model find support.

Upgrading a motherboard can be considered a new computer. That's one reason
I don't bother with OEM versions.

if your OEM is a full oem and not from a branded computer maker like dell, gateway, etc....
there should be no problem in upgrading.
you will most likely have to do an in place vista upgrade to pickup the changes.
you might have to call ms to register again.
you upgraded the CPU so that is good enough reason.
