What formula can excel xp calculate hours worked ie 2145 to 0600.

What I am trying to acheive is that if I work from 2100 hours to 0600 hours,
it automatically works out how many hours I have done, the current problem I
have is that it does not recognise the fact it's moved on to a new day and
therefore comes back with a negative result!!!


Please help its drivng me mad!!!

where A1: starting time
B1: ending time
