What ever happened to the concept of a PFD manual with page index

Microsoft used to supply bound documentation, which provided compendious,
well organized, and understandable detail. Why can't I access a PFD with this
same in-depth level of content? I can't even find a suitable index most of
the time. For a company as rich as Microsoft, your readible support is
rediculous. WKS

Amazingly, however, Word does provide a spelling checker.
