What eat Ctrl space

Dear all,

When I use Eclipse to write a program . The Eclipse has ctrl
space to have code assist.
But I found the ctrl space does not work. I have disable ctrl space
for input method of XP, but it
still does not work. Now I want to find out what program has eat the
ctrl space, how can I find out
that? Any program to detect the ctrl space is eat by what program?
