What does the /recycle switch do?

The shortcut icon for my Outlook 2003 has the following syntax:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /recycle

What does the /recycle switch do?

it reuses the open outlook window instead of opening a new window.
