What does the Current\SharedDlls mean?

Hi:

Anyone can tell me What does
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls mean? How to
interpret the number for each dll? I see numbers like 100 but I do not think
the dll is shared by 100 apps.
