Hi,
I am trying to copy some of the pages of my company's website in order to
edit them and save with new names to publish but every time I copy one of
them, I get an asterisk after the pages name, like this newpage.htm*. What
does that mean? Then, when I try to edit the page, the original page I copied
it from also gets changed. Could anyone PLEASE explain to me how I can copy a
page and edit it without changing the content of the original page it was
created from? Thank you.

The star means you've made a change and have not saved the page yet.

Open the page you want to copy, then do a Save AS...whatever you want to name it...then make changes. This will leave your original page alone.
