What does Debug mean?

Help! On my nans computer it says do you wish to debug about 30 trillion
times when she logs on to the interweb its really annoying

if it is script debugging then this is normally used by people who build the
sites that your nan is looking at, to disable it open up ie and then click on
tools, internet options and then advanced, if you look under BROWSING you
will see about 4 lines down a box saying disable script debugging, put a tick
in this box, then click apply at the bottom, close ie down and restart it and
that should cure the problem.

Please provide the link to the page she expects to see when she starts her
browser. There may be something wrong with the web site itself, not her
computer.
 
In Internet Explorer:



Tools | Internet Options | Advanced tab



In the "Browsing" section:



Put a Check Mark in "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)"

Remove the Check Mark in "Display a notification about every script error"



Click the "Apply" button, then close Internet Options.
