What does "Attachments:No Attachments" mean as heading in Outlook

In my Outlook Inbox a heading appeared that wasn't there before:
Attachments:NO Attachments . It not only affects how I receive new
emails, but it also gives me blank screens when I go to other folders in
Outlook Express. Any thoughts?
