Messing around with the bios, I was changing the FSB ratios. I was
trying to work my way up to a good overclock, but now I can't even
boot into the bios screen. I don't smell any burning wires, and the
processor fan is working fine. I hear no beeps booting and see black
on the monitor.

That`s that then, you`ve had a good old time. Fan working means power supply
might be OK, but I wouldn`t bet on the processor..J

I had this problem with mine. You need to reset the BIOS (jumper on m/b)
and reset the m/b FSB to safe mode (not usually the default). This should
be in your motherboard manual. Mine had a note about this for overclocking
problems.

If you can't find the manual, look at the manufacturers website, they
usually have online manuals there.

Once that's working, you should restore the defaults in the BIOS, then reset
the jumper out of safe mode.

If you cannot reset everything in the bios and get it to breathe again, then
I would say EL ROASTO! stick a fork in it it's done.

Odds are you put in something that doesn't work. Clear CMOS and start over.

I'm with Dave.

If you don't know how to clear the cmos, pull the battery tonight, and put
it back in, in the morning. That should clear it.
