what causes Expired or Revoked macros warning?

when Using ENSUREDMAIL encryption software for MSWORD

1. in MSWORD: I composed an encrypted test message sent
it and afterwards the MS WORD WARNING msg. appeared
"... macros are either expired or have a revoked
signature,and since you are running with HIGH security
these macros will be disabled."
2. I was informed the next day the msg I sent was 'open'
and 'not encrypted' at its destination.
3. Are there settings within MSWORD or EXCEL that must be
on or off to work with encryption software? I need both
WORD and EXCEL to work with the ENSUREDMAIL software.
4. I am running WIN XP PRO, have done all updates and
patches currently available.
5.** Any info will be appreciated, as to location of
where to change settings in MSWORD and EXCEL.

I think you're going to have to contact the Ensuredmail tech support
people since this is apparently third-party software. You might also
want to check in one of the MS Office newsgroups in case anyone over
there has used this software. Here's a link with a list of all the MS
