What Causes database to change modification date and time-- Help Please

I have tried to get the cause of that but unsure on how to repeat it, or
discover when or why it happens

Can you please explain what "modification date and time" you're talking
about?

Right mouse click and date modified is changed. Not sure if these are the
same properties when a DB is open, and you click File Properties

I assume you're talking about the MDB file itself.

Everytime you open the database, it ends up being modified, whether or not
you make any changes. There's nothing you can do about it.
