What caused Outlook to not load and hang up

I'm having a problem with outlook not loading on my account. It loads and
works fine on my wifes account.

I'm running Win2k. Free Zone Alarm (most recent update 7.0 something)

I don't have a clue as to where to start with this glitch.

It will hook up with my PDA. (gave me a tone of duplicate entries thought)
While it was doing that it was downloading email. The problem is that I
cannot get to it to read it.

Does it open in Safe mode? Click the Start button, then Run, then type
outlook.exe /safe into the box and click Run.

Have not tried that.
I have gone and cleaned out all the TMP files thinking that that may have
been causeing it, but it wasn't.

I'm at work today, I will try that tomorrow.

OK, tried loading it in Safe mode. It still hangs up and will not load.

When my wife logs onto her account, she can bring it up and it works fine.

I'm ready for another suggestion.

What is the name of the file that holds the Outlook Contact info??

I have noticed now when Outlook is trying to load in the upper left corner in
the bar on top where the Outlook logo square is I'm getting the logo square
then a - then Microsoft Outlook.

I believe that there should be my account name in front of that, correct??

Is Outlook not finding the account?? Is that what is causing the hang up??

How do I find out and correct it??
