what can i do about ctrl - data deleted any record in my database

Ctrl - killer records

I have purchase a software call furniturewizard it a MS access base
software. any record can be deleted when using " crtl plus - " when
problement was notify company "Furniturewizard" say that s command that
access has ther its nothing they can do at the moment the runtime version is
2003 of access.
 
Ctrl minus is indeed a built-in shortcut to delete the record.

I am not aware of furniturewizard, but I can't see a problem with the fact
that there happens to be a built-in shortcut for deleting a record.
