what backup software to use

I've been using Backup Exec for several years and have become increasingly dissatisfied with both the product and, more importantly, the lack of support. Back when we selected BE the only other choice was Arcserve. Who are currently the big players and whose product should I migrate to? All opinions are greatfully accepted.

The built-in backup (NTBackup.exe) works.
