What are these folders?

Hello,
I was wondering... what are these folders named something like:
5042f7d3bde0bf504bab5c422d1659ed
Can I delete them?
I put a picture of where the folders are located at:
<http://www.mycomputersproblem.bravehost.com>

well it looks like somehow some folders where exported from your registry, just open the folder and tell me whether the contents have green icons next to them.<<<<<Justin

When HotFixes or Service Packs are installed, they create temporary directories off the
root.

What you posted sure looks like them and for some unknown reason they were never deleted.

You know it would have helped if you grabbed a JPEG with a couple that were opened.

Yep, Service Packs or HotFixes.

Reboot the PC then Dump them!
