What are these changes to the title bar

I see that the title bar at the top of all my programme pages in XP Home has
now changed. It has three new little icons. Where can I read what they are,
how they are best used, all about them?

Where are these icons? What do they look like?

Are you talking about the icons in the upper right-hand corner of the
window, and they've been changed, rather than added? If so, it's not
that anything in Windows XP has been changed, it's that you deleted
the font that they use.
