What are the status bar fields? Why does my virus checker flash in one?

There seem to be 5 fields in the IE6 status bar.

Some of them are obvious, such as the long one on the left that shows
the links as you move your mouse over the page. When you're loading a
page, this splits and includes a status bar.

Also the field that shows that you're on a secure page/connection.

There's another field that seems to flash the icon of my virus checker
(Kaspersky AntiVirus) every time I browse. What's that showing?

What are the other fields of the status bar?

Can you be a little more precise please? There's the area that shows
security status; there's one that reflects privacy policy status; there's
another that shows what security zone the page is in; there's another that
shows online or offline.. need I go on?

Sandi,

Thank you for your reply.

I'd like to know what ALL of the fields in the status bar are?

I've searched IE Help, and the Microsoft knowledgebases, but can't
find anything.

Does anyone know of a site that discusses these status bar fields and
what uses IE6 makes of them?
