What are the print settings in Word for printing on stack bypass?

I need to print colored labels on pre-perforated stock, which I have loaded
into the stack bypass on my printer. The printer will print my Word document,
but won't take the paper from the stack bypass- it takes it instead from the
default drawer.
I realize this issue may be with my printer, but I as wondering if there was
some setting in Word that I don't have selected.

If you've set this up in a document, go to Page Setup and, on the Paper or
Paper Source tab, select the appropriate tray.

I have selected the Stack Bypass tray, and it still goes instead from Drawer
1. Could the paper thickness have something to do with it?

I wouldn't think the paper thickness would keep the printer from at least
attempting to draw from that tray. You may find you have to research the
printer settings more extensively to solve this problem (that is, read the
printer "manual" as opposed to trying to find a solution within Word).
