What ARE the "Junk Mail Filter" rules?

I've found a lot of information regarding the implementation and correction
of the Junk Mail Filter, but what i'm trying to find out is the following:

What constitutes as "junk mail" according to the new mail filter
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=E478799E-074B-
4492-A224-257043C975AD&displaylang=en)?

Our company is experiencing problems, in that emails sent from our own
domain are being placed in the "junk mail" folder. We want to know why.

Is there a list of rules that Microsoft publishes somewhere?

As far as I know, Microsoft Research doesn't post the methodology behind the
junk filter updates for Outlook 2003. In regards to internal messages being
placed in the junk mail folder, can you give a little more background? For
example, are you working with Microsoft Exchange or POP3/IMAP mailboxes? If
Microsoft Exchange, are the messages being added to the junk folder coming
in from the internet*?

* This means anything submitted to the SMTP virtual server rather than using
the Exchange transport.

I'm interested in this thread, too, because, on occasion, messages I receive
(internally on an Exchange server) get placed in the junk e-mail folder as
well. I select them and click "Not Junk" and Outlook tells me it will move
them to the Inbox, which it does. Naturally, I'm not prompted if I want to
add the sender to the Safe Senders list, since it is an internal message.
