What Application can I open my Wab-Address book with?

I tried to import my saved Wab-Address Book and tried to open my saved
version with Outlook Express I now cannot open my address book because it has
permanently associated itself with an Outlook Express Icon.

The Windows Address Book. For Windows XP, Start > Programs > Accessories >
Address Book > File > Import > Address Book (wab)...
