Adding to the two good advice given try this:
Open a run command and type in:
regsvr32 %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\wscsvc.dll click [OK]

You can copy it from another machine with the same model and operating system.

Did this happen after an infection or just you noticed the svchost.exe is
increasingly taking the CPU usage.
I will make sure this machine is clean by scanning.
