WFP Problem

ok.. last night had an RPC fault and rebooted. on reboot
windows brought up a window asking for my Windows CD as
it needed to replace some system files.

this window was the windows file protection window. ive
put the CD in but it doesnt remove anything from it.
placed it in the drive and rebooted but still it doesnt
access anything and continues to ask for the CD on start
up

what can i do?
