Hello,

Can someone tell me how to go about setting up my computer so that if
it is left idle for 5 or 10 minutes the Welcome Screen will pop back
up and the user will have to log back in? This may very well have to
do with settings in the bios, but I've looked there and tried
different settings, and nothing works. Thanks.

Screensaver settings..
(right click on the background, propertied OR Control Panel -> Display..)

There should be a checkbox in the Screen Saver section for "On Resume,
Password Protect" or "On Resume, Return to Welcome Screen" (or some such
wording..)

Frank,

Winexit.scr (needs Admin privileges to work - by default. to make it work with limited users, a registry edit is needed)

Set up a Screen saver (Control Panel - Display - Screen savers) with an
appropriate delay time, and check the box 'On return password protect'

Excellent! That was it. Thank you all!
