weird WMI problem in event viewer

So I am trying to play Battlefield 2 without much success. If anyone
has any insight as to what might be happening here please let me know.
I am not sure this is a WMI problem but it might be thats why I am
posting here.

Basically what happens is as follows.

1) Battlefield 2 runs fine after about 10-15 min, the game locksup and
gets the whole repeating sound loop.
2) Anywhere between 20 seconds and 3 minutes the game returns to the
browser screen where it says I lost connection to the server, my cable
modem however never lost connection to the internet, just this machine.
3) I lose my connection completely, all apps that are running lose
connection.
4) Finally I have this message repeated 2-3 times right when the
lockup happens.

Athlon 64 4000+
MSI K8N Neo4 Platnium
2GB Corsair PRO RAM
2-6800GT's in SLI
2-74GB Raptors in RAID 0
