Weird ping problems

This is what happens when I try to ping myself:

station188 is the computer name.

pinging the ip works fine.
ping other pc's in the network works fine.
pinging other pc's computer name also works fine.
firewall is off.
pinging from a different pc to this pc's computer name or ip also
works fine.

What component do you think Im missing??

Maybe you put up the wrong screenshot because your screenshot
shows <1ms response time and 0 packets lost for station188

Try: pathping.exe -4 station188
