Weird Gmail + Outlook issue

Hi there,

I don't know if this is a Gmail or Outlook problem but here's the deal

In Outlook, I can send/receive all my messages from Gmail fine (We use
Google Apps for Domain so its also under a custom domain name)

But, if I send a message to my own email (As a note), Outlook will NOT
retrieve that email, but I can see it sitting within my gmail inbox
when I go through the web interface.

Any ideas what this can be?

This is a how gmail works- it never shows you messages you send as new mail
in the inbox. If you use IMAP with gmail, it should be in the sent folder.
