Weird form issue

I have a database that is acting oddly. If there is no data in any of the
underlying tables, my forms are completely blank. No fields. Nothing. It's
just completely white. If I go into a table, any table and add a record,
even if I enter data into just one field, and go back to the form, it looks
fine. As do all of the other forms in the database. What's going on???

Try setting the form AllowAdditions property to Yes.
