Weighted Average in Pivot Table

Does anyone know how can I get a weighted average in a
pivot table as a 3rd column? Col1 is a number of
appointments cancelled, Col2 is # of appointments kept and
Col 3 is total number of appointments. I need a 4th column
with a weighted average. These are all grouped by
departments.

I would like to know the same thing. I have a list of profit margins by customer but some are small customers and some are large customers so I need to weight the profit margins. Does anyone know how to do this?
