weight watcher's utility?

In Outlook Express, there is an option called Weight Watcher's Utility. What is it and where can info be found on how to best use it? Thanks!

Where did you see this option listed?

It's most likely an add-in you installed for Outlook Express. There are
dozens of applications like this. If you want to get rid of this see if you
can find an entry for it in Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs
