WebUIValidation.js script library missing...

Hi,
I placed a Validation Summary control on my page and keep getting this
error: "Unable to find script library
'/aspnet_client/system_web/1_0_3705_0/WebUIValidation.js'. Try placing this
file manually, or reinstall by running 'aspnet_regiis -c'.

Well I tried to reinstall by running the above mentioned command and the
system tells me that it cannot find "aspnet_regiis".

Would someone please shed some light on this ?

Aspnet_regiis.exe is located in the
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 folder.
