websites display different only on my computer

Only certain websites such as msn.com are displayed small
at my home laptop computer. The page is maximized but the
content on the site does not fill up the screen. Other
sites work fine and fill up my entire screen. I have used
other computers that open these sites and the content
fills the entire screen. I have tried to change html
editors, display options, reinstalling, all updates and
have run out of ideas. Please help. Thanks
