Website Table Will Not Anchor

My table of rows and columns which features both text and
photos will not fit to page. It over laps the right
margin and has been known to move around or float to
covering outside text and Word Art. Also...WordArt text
within rows seems to make the rows double in height
unpredicatbly. Any feed back would be most apprectiated.

Don't use absolute positioning.
Don't use Wort Art.
Do use ordinary pictures and text only.

I guarantee net grief will be less.
