Website overriding my Homepage

I have a website, www.mypoiskovik.com, overriding my homepage request. Everytime I click back on Internet Explorer, it is back. I have downloaded all crtical updates to Windows. What can I do?

Almost certainly spy or adware causing this. Download and run somehting
like adaware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/. Remove all traces of what it
finds (adaware will do this for you). Reset your homepage and all should be
fine. Run adaware on a regular basis after this.
