webservice problem in the Win2k server

I have a webservice in my computer,it runs with no problem in my
application,and can be called in other computers or server in the same
intranet.If I don't let the server become a domain controller(not
install
AD,let it and other computers be in the same workgroup),I install the
webservice in the server and call it from other computers(including my
developping computer),it runs well,but when I install AD in the
server(let
it become a domain controller),the webservice in the server runs with
problem: my application can't reference it,and I can't browse it in the
server's IE(the IE can't find it).

Anybody know the reason and can fix it?

Hi Woodpecker,

This are terrible problems while Microsoft is making more and more security
issues.
The security is everywhere in a Microsoft system. But it is not much in
VB.net language.

I would try it all in another newsgroup. If I have ideas for that, no but
sure the asp.net newsgroups and if it still is active the IIS newsgroup.
