In the past week my search option on IE has changed to
drsn search. I am able to change it back to the default
M/S search, but it always reverts back to drsn search. I
downloaded & installed M/S Antispyware & it found 7
spyware programs. Some were High, some were severe, some
were elevated. I deleted all 7 & changed my default
search back to MS, however when I open IE search it is
reverted back to drsn search. HELP!

Mary,

Open MSAS. Click the Advanced Tools icon, then the Brower Restore icon.
Reset all of the Search pages/options to your choosing by clicking on
them and then clicking the Change restore settings to a new URL link on
the right.
Next, click the Spyware Scan icon on the top right, set it to do a Full
Scan and check all 3 boxes under it. If there is more than one partition
or HD remember to check those also.
Scan the system, reboot to Safe Mode and scan again until MSAS no longer
detects spyware.

If the search pages changes again when you reboot to Normal mode, go
back to the Browser Restore settings. After putting a check in the
box(es) next to the Search functions that you previously reset, click
the Restore button.
