WebReaper v9.8 internet shortcuts

Hello all!

In the past I did some site downloading with the mentioned program. Now
looking trough some files this program made I've founded the following
problem:

This program saves all downloaded files and folders in a single folder
(in my case is called "Reaped Sites") which you can locate wherever you
like in your hard disk, but in the case you want to move this folder to
another computer, you must recreate the same path the folder had in the
original computer, otherwise the internet shorcuts files (*.url) this
program creates won't work anymore. You can still wacht at the intenet
downloaded files, not everything is lost, but using the internet shorcuts
files is very useful beacause they have the title of the www page or www
site.

I thought in two solutions:

The first as I said is just puting the folder in the same original path
and case solved, you can navigate offline, no problem, but I want to
avoid this.

The second is to edit the .url file with the new location, but I have 425
files to do.

My question is: Is there a program that allows me to edit all files at
once? Finally it is only a part of the path I want to change and it will
be the same change for all files.
