Webpages appearing in viewing pane

When I click on a link in an Outlook 2003 email, the webpage opens right in
the viewing pane of Outlook instead of in Internet Explorer. How can I stop
this? Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks.
 
Does it do it with all links or just some? (It shouldn't do that at all)
Look at the source code (right click, view source) and see if the url is
coded to use target="_self" or something.
