webpage that i publish are not in order

i did my webpage with frontpage 2003,i published but the picture and some
design not in order
 
Can you describe the problem better as not in order could mean a lot of
different things. Also, please post a URL so that we can see more clearly
what is going on and look at the HTML code if need be.
