Webpage opening multiple browsers

While previewing a website using the Preview tab or
Preview in a web browser, every time the "Up" button is
selected, a new browser is opened, rather than the page
opening in the same browser. Any thoughts?
 
In html view, check the page for this: <base target="_blank"> between the head
tags and remove it if there.
