webpage background question

how do u stop a background from repeating over and over again? (how do u
stop it from tiling basically)
I need to centre a background pic and it cant repeat also.
please help me out!
 
Right click on the background,
click properties,
background tab,
Tick watermark,
OK

For a background image to not tile,
it needs to be as large as the area you want to fill.
So, if you're designing at 800 by 600 you will
need an 800 by 600 image.
