Webmail not working on Vista

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? I can open the webmail but can't
forward, reply or write a new mail. I understand that this is a common
problem.
 
If this is a common problem, the same discussion groups you read about this
should have also guided you to a solution!

Just tested webmail send and rec, composed and sent new mail. No problem
with webmail here.
 
I am an avid webmail user and have found that by selecting the basic user vs
the premium user at the log in screen helps with many of the problems. The
basic is not as robust as the premium but it works. Hope this helps.
 
What worked for me was to go into the "options" section of the webmail and
download the latest version of S/MIME from the provider. Full functionality
was returned. Give it a try, and good luck
 
When I try to download S/MIME from the provider, I get no response... no
download window, nothing. Any thoughts?
 
Hi, I'm having the same problems as JG. I have done what Goalkeeper suggested
asn it works. The problem I have now is that the webmail closes after I send
an email and I need to open up a new browser and re-sign in each time I send,
reply or forward and email. Any more suggestions!

Look at options in your tools menu.
