WebControl Library

I have VS.Net 2005 professional - however, when I try to create a WebControl
Library in VB
Choose New/Project/VB - - there is not 'WebControl Library' listed in the
templates - just Windows Control Library - nothing on the left side, from
which it can be chosen, either.

Is this available with the Professional version, or only with Enterprise?
 
Never mind
it turns out that in the Options, the templates directory was pointed to the
wrong place
