webcontrol error message

when attempting to enter a financial institution website I received the
following error message: "Unable to find Plumtree EDK.NET webcontrols 2.2
Postback script library. Please install by running the EDK.NET Webcontrols
2.2 installer on the imageserver."

I've never encountered this before. What is this and where do I find the
program to install?

Ask the webmaster for the financial institution.
