Can I install my Sony USB Webcam to function on two separate hard drives?
Any help or advice gratefully accepted. Thank you.
 
If both hard drives are on the same PC, YES!

If you mean on two different PCs, almost! The web cam needs to be connect
to one then disconnected and moved to the other one. Never can be uses by
both at the same time. Not certain about connecting a USB webcam to a USB
device sharing unit.
 
Normaly the PnP-Feature of Windows will detect the USB-Webcam automaticaly.
I don´t see a problem with the harddrive.
