Webcam/Camera motion detection software - Advanced

Hi, I'm looking for a freeware program that will detect motion on a WebCam
and/or CCD camera.

It should be able to connect to any device that Microsoft's AMCAP utility
can configure.

I basically need this for security reasons and would like to record video to
a hard drive when motion is detected on a CCD camera.

Masking of multiple areas on the picture to not detect motion, will be a
plus.

Being in the security business myself, I have various pay- and freeware
programs of this nature, but they are all videocard or product specific.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanx!

Better still, is there a way to use software to detect motion and
upload the images to a secured website?

I figure if someone comes around with bad intent my machine will be
the first thing to go...

I browsed yesterday and came up with many expensive solutions. I
wasn't even certain if software could be utilized to detect motion, or
if a hardware motion detector would be required.

This looks to be exactly what I was looking for!

Yes, great program, now if only I can get in the Afrikaans language so I can
see what the hell we are LOL about!! I'm only HeHe-ing at this stage. Is it
one of those lamo "overkill" jokes?
Seriously now, is there an English version available? I'm fluent in a couple
of indigenous language locally, but this is not one of them!
