Webcam assistance please

I have an XP home computer in my business. I also have an XP home computer
at home. I would like to be able to connect my home computer via DSL to my
business computer to be able to "see" my business from my home.

I live in a small town and am limited in my choices of computer help but the
person I'm using to help me says my XP home computers can't connect to one
another. I do have a static IP on my business computer.

My question is....Is there a way to "see" my webcam in my business from my
home using XP?

I believe what you want to setup is called a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
Beyond that I can't provide anymore info except if you Google VPN an info
list appears -hope it helps.
