webbot time zone change (how to?)

How do I change the 'Time Zone' in the webbot

My webbot timestamp tag looks like this:
<!--webbot bot="TimeStamp" s-type="EDITED" s-format="%A %B %d, %Y %I:%M:%S
%p %Z" -->

Where does it query 'Z' from? How do I change the value of Z?

Unfortunately, you change this by going into Control Panel, Date & Time on
the Web Server. That means the time zone is pretty much nailed to your
server's (i.e. your host's) physical location.
